Joyrides is a Tampa Bay BMW sales service operated by Kismetrics LLC ("Joyrides," "we," "us"). This policy covers joyrides.club and the ways you can reach our sales representative, Sean. Questions:

What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, mobile phone number, email, and any details you share about the car you want, your trade-in, or your timeline. We also collect basic usage data (pages viewed, quiz answers) to improve the tools. We do not collect sensitive financial data on this site. Real financing paperwork is handled by the dealership, not here.
How we use it
To answer your questions, follow up on your inquiry, share vehicle options and pricing, and connect you with Sean. We use it only to help you with your car search. We never sell your information.
SMS / text messaging
When you submit your mobile number through a form on joyrides.club (the "Get a text from Sean" widget, the BMW match quiz, the trade-in valuation tool, the AI assistant chat, or the Join the Club form), you consent to receive text messages from Joyrides about your inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or share your mobile number, or any information collected as part of text messaging consent, with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except subprocessors (such as our messaging carrier) acting on our behalf to deliver the messages you requested.
Who we share with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our text and email delivery providers and hosting), and only as needed to provide the service. These providers are bound to use the information solely on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email

Security & retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to help you and to meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
